Accessing and Editing Your Profile
Members, read this!
The Find a Teller Directory contains both regular and expanded listings. Regular listings include your basic contact information (Name, Address, Phone, Email) and are free. Expanded listings include additional information you provide, including description, photo, performance name, web address, and video. All members are being offered a free expanded listing in 2009! We urge to take advantage of your free expanded listing this year; in 2010 these expanded listings will revert to being a paid premium.
Here are instructions on creating, accessing and revising your member profile.

Check your email for your username and login. You have or will soon receive an email containing your FSA Member username and password. You’ll need both to login to the site and edit your profile, which contains the information displayed in your Membership and Find a Teller Directory listings. If you haven’t received an email with your username and password, click here to request a password reset. After providing either your username or email address, you’ll receive an email containing a confirmation link; once you click on the confirmation link, you’ll receive a second email with your new password.

Login to the site using the login form in the sidebar on the right (labeled "Members"). Once you’ve logged in, click the "Edit Profile" link to access your Profile.

To edit your profile, login with your username and password using the login form in the sidebar on the right (labeled "Members"). Once you’ve logged in, click the "Edit Profile" link to access your Profile. Make any changes you need, then scroll to the bottom and click the "Update Profile" button to save your changes. That’s it! Your directory should be updated immediately.

Your profile contains the information used in the Membership and Find a Teller Directories.
